Smashing! I love dahlias, but forget to dig them up in the fall. Plus they have never done that well for me. So I will just enjoy yours!

Hi,
I like Dhalias but here in Sweden we have had a lot of rain thise year so they have not start to bloom yet.
I think the cactus dhalias is the best.

I lost all my dahlias last year (lifted them but they rotted over winter) and have not had more this year. Your seriously lovely dahlia photos are making me reconsider!
thanks for your kind comment on my garden blog too.

This looks similar to mine, but I think the colors are a little different. I love it, of course!

Your Dahlias are spectacular.

If I had known we'd have all this rain this summer, I'd have planted dahlias. They sulk here in the heat, mid-summer, but in the fall are very nice.

Every year I think I will like to plant some dahliahs. I haven't done it yet and I am so disappointed when I see lovely pictures of dahliahs like yours.

I saw the biggest bloom on a dahliah while touring another garden the other day. I should have taken its picutre. It was yellow. I have no idea which one it was but wow, the size really caught my eye.
