The dahlias are quite frost sensitive, so I was surprised to see this one last bloom as I was digging up the last of my dahlia tubers in the Cutting Garden.
All flowers in my garden here in West Michigan are brown, even the mums. We've had quite a few frosts already and there is honestly little left to color the yard.
